ProStep provides opportunities for our team members to participate in clinical and professional development. Physical, Occupational and Speech Services are provided in each center to allow our patients to become as safe, independent and functional as possible, with the ultimate goal for the patients to return home. Over 78% of our patients improved in function between admission and discharge in 2010 and the trend continues to illustrate these positive outcomes. ProStep also consistently monitors changes in the industry - providing regulatory updates, training and equipment to enhance the experience of caring for patients.
