Meet The Team

Ann Marie Day, PT, MHS, OCS
Ann Marie is a Physical Therapist and the Tannersville facility’s Clinic Director.  Ann Marie has more than twenty years of clinical experience in physical therapy with a special interest in shoulder and ankle rehabilitation.  She is an ABPTS Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.









Linda Salas-Mamary, MS, OTR/L, CHT
Linda is the Area Director of Rehabilitation Services.  She is also an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with extensive training, experience and advanced clinical skills in rehabilitation of upper limbs including the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.  









Cynthia Christmann, MS.CCC-SLP
Cindy is a Speech Therapist.  She evaluates and treats adult and pediatric patients with deficits in speech, articulation, language, voice, swallowing and cognition resulting from brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological and auditory processing disorders. 

Liz Svetovitch, OTR/L
Liz has over 18 years experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.  She has had extensive training, experience and advanced clinical skills in rehabilitation of upper limbs including the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
