Nadine Rolles, MPT
Clinic Director
Nadine received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from The Pennsylvania State University before receiving her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Florida under the direction of Stanley Paris. She has been working in outpatient physical therapy since 2000 and joined Riverside Rehabilitation in 2006. Nadine specializes in manual therapy and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Miriam Thomas, MA CCC-SLP 
Speech Language Pathologist
Miriam received her BA in Communication Science Disorders and MA in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a speech therapist since 2004 and joined Riverside in 2011. Miriam has more than ten years of experience working with individuals with Autism. Miriam
specializes in diagnosing and treating children and adults with a variety of disorders including articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, cognitive and swallowing.
Kim Carpenter, DPT, MPT
Physical Therapist
Kim is a staff physical therapist in the GEM-Riverside Rehabilitation Mountaintop clinic. She received her Masters and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. Kim has more than 15 years of experience in neurologic, orthopedic, pain management, sports injury pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation. 
Amy Wiedlich, MSPT
Physical Therapist
Amy is a staff physical therapist in the GEM-Riverside Rehabilitation Mountaintop clinic. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from College Misericordia. Amy has more than 10 years of experience in orthopedic and neurological physical therapy in and outpatient setting.
Our Occupational Therapy Team
Lindsay Connor, COTA
Lindsay received her Associates of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and has been with Riverside since 2006. Lindsay currently specializes in upper extremities and hand therapy.
Nancy Jeffery, OTR/L
Nancy received her BS in Occupational Therapy from College Misericordia and has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 1991. She joined the team at Riverside in 2009. Nancy specializes in upper extremity injuries, hand therapy, work reconditioning, pre-work screening, functional capacity evaluations and custom splinting.
Melissa McLaughlin, MS OTR/L CHT
Certified Hand Therapist
Area Director
Melissa received her BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, her Master of Health Care Administration from Wilkes University and her Master of Occupational Science from College Misericordia. In 2010, Melissa became a Certified Hand Therapist which means she has attained the highest level of competancy in the field of Occupational Therapy. Melissa has been a practicing OT since 1997 and joined Riverside in 2005. Melissa specializes in hand therapy, custom splinting, geriatrics, as well as neurological and orthopedic disorders of the upper extremities.
