Meet our Staff!

Cherish Freeman, Patient Service Coordinator
Cherish has been with APTM for 3 years now and provides our patients with excellent customer service.  Cherish plays an integral role at our clinic and provides insurance verification, schedules patients, and keeps the front office running smoothly.  She is excellent with assisting patients who have any insurance questions and is happy to help!
When Cherish isn't working she enjoys movies, socializing with friends and spending time with her family.

Jim Chapman, MSPT, CSCS, Clinic Director
Jim has been with APTM Capitol Dr from it's very start in 2005 and has played an important role in the growth of this clinic over the last 7 years.  Jim has 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and uses multiple treatment approaches to help his patients reach their goals.  Some of Jim's most recent continuing education courses include 'Treating the Golfer - The Mechanics and Functional Mobilization of the Golf Swing', 'Integrated Neuromuscular Re-education', 'Gary Gray's: The Functional Foot and Ankle'.  He is actively involved in the WPTA and APTA and maintains his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Jim Graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2002.
When not in the clinic, Jim enjoys cycling on his road bike, and is an avid Wisconsin sports fan including the Packers, Brewers, Badgers and Bucks.

Camille McGrady, PT, Physical Therapist
Camille has been with APTM for the past 2 years and has been an excellent addition to our team.  Camille brings a wealth of experience in her background which includes outpatient orthopedics and home health care.  Camille graduated from Marquette University and has over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. 
When not working, Camille enjoys swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Holly Boehlke, MOTR/L, CKTP, Occupational Therapist
Holly brings 7 years of experience to APTM and has been a team member for nearly 3 years.  Holly graduated from Concordia University in 2004 with her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.  Holly is a Certified Kinesiotape Practitioner (CKTP) and treats upper extremity and cervical spine dysfunction.  Holly uses a variety of treatment techniques to help her patients return to work or return to their normal daily activities.
When not treating patients, Holly stays busy as an EMT for the city of Mequon and spending time with her family.
