ProStep partners with the interdisciplinary team to provide a continuum of care that manages each stage of the rehabilitation process.  Our goal is to meet each patient where they are, guiding them through the phases of recovery and facilitating their return to the people that they love sharing life with and to the pursuits that they enjoy.  For some, this means returning home to care for grandchildren or gardens.  For others, the goal is optimal independence in a caregiver assisted environment.
