ProStep realizes the importance of continuous education to stay competitive in the industry and abreast of new developments in the field. To allow us to better serve our patients and customers, we are pleased to offer an on-line learning center to make enhancing personal knowledge and skills more convenient for our therapists. ProStep University is a free, unlimited online learning center available to both full and part-time employees. In addition, ProStep is proud to sponsor regular Continued Education (CEU) credit opportunities for our staff.
ProStep is committed to promoting open communication at all levels. Such a committment has resulted in a vast, accessible network of clinical and operational knowledge that is available to all ProStep employees. This network includes, but is not limited to, Human Resources, Clinical Practice and Standards, Clinical Trainers, as well as Area and Regional leadership teams. ProStep also offers a Clinical Career Ladder Program for clinical staff interested in furthering their clinical growth and the Development Map for those who desire to further their professional careers. ProStep utilizes advanced technology to facilitate quality clinical outcomes. VitalStim©, diathermy, e-stim, ultrasound, Nintendo Wii©, and Biodex Unweighted System and Balance System SD are available at a variety of ProStep locations. ProStep keeps pace with the available advances in technology that provide treatment options to promote greater clinical and operational outcomes.
