We promote closely knit teams and individual facility focus through a low staff to manager ratio. In fact, ProStep leads the industry in individualized attention by allocating an average of one Regional Director to every seven facilities. A designated site Facility Rehab Coordinator is available full-time on location to serve each customer’s daily operational needs, including representing therapy at essential meetings to promote cohesive care across disciplines.
