Clinical Experience

With Day One Orientation, we start each new employee's first days with an orientation covering center specific and safety information, regulatory and system review, as well as review of our paperwork and processes to allow a new team member to be successful immediately.

Each new employee also participates in a full day Clinical Orientation within their first 90 days. this covers a wide variety of topics in depth, including Medicare Laws and Regulations, Patient Advocacy, Practice Acts, Clinical Documentation and Compliance.

Through our online courses (ProStep University - PSU) you can succeed with work/life balance knowing there are over 2,600 courses available 24/7 - accessible when it is convenient for you. In 2010, ProStep therapists took over 2,321 courses on PSU at their convenience.

The Clinical Training Team is a dedicated group of interdisciplinary therapists available to support our team members in looking up regulations, providing updated education and answering clinical questions related to general or specific treatment approaches.

Specific courses are provided throughout the year in each area focusing on common requests from therapists in the area. These are free of charge to our employees.
